2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting dinq.shop or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products & Pre-Orders

DINQ currently operates on a pre-order model. Products are manufactured and shipped once sufficient pre-orders are confirmed. By placing a pre-order you are reserving a product that has not yet shipped.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our site are as accurate as possible at the time of publication but may be subject to minor changes before final production.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required.

Payments are processed securely by Airwallex, a licensed payment institution regulated in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. DINQ does not store your payment card details.

5. Pre-Order Guarantee

If DINQ's founding pre-order campaign does not reach its minimum order target (150 orders), all customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method. No action is required from you in this event — we will process refunds automatically.

6. Founding Member Pricing & Benefits

Customers who participate in DINQ's founding pre-order campaign are recognised as Founding Members and are entitled to the following pricing commitments.

Locked-in price. The founding price you paid applies to the specific model included in the founding pre-order campaign. If DINQ releases a revised or updated version of that same model as a standard production run, Founding Members may purchase it at their original founding price.

Design variants. The founding price applies to the pre-order model only. However, if that model is offered in multiple designs or colours, Founding Members may select any available design variant at their locked-in founding price.

Custom and one-off makes. Bespoke, custom, or one-of-a-kind versions of any DINQ model are priced separately and are not covered by the founding price commitment. Custom pricing will be communicated individually prior to any order.

Future models. Founding Members will always receive preferential pricing on any new DINQ models released after the founding campaign concludes. The exact discount or pricing structure will be communicated at the time of each new release. Founding Members will also be notified of new model releases before the general public.

These benefits are personal to the Founding Member and are non-transferable.

7. Referral Programme

DINQ operates an optional referral programme. When you complete a pre-order, you receive a unique referral code. If five (5) friends use your referral code to complete their own pre-orders, you will receive a $30 AUD voucher redeemable against a future DINQ purchase.

Campaign target condition. Referral vouchers will only be activated once DINQ's founding pre-order campaign reaches its minimum target of 150 orders. If the campaign does not reach this target and all orders are refunded, no referral vouchers will be issued.

Eligibility. The referrer must have a completed and paid pre-order at the time the voucher is issued. Referred orders must be genuine, paid pre-orders by individuals who have not previously ordered from DINQ.

Voucher terms. Vouchers are issued to the referrer only (not the referred friend), are personal and non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. One voucher per referrer regardless of the total number of referrals beyond five.

Abuse. DINQ reserves the right to cancel referral vouchers and disqualify participants where referral activity is found to be fraudulent, self-referral, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

DINQ reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected participants where possible.

8. Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and select Asia-Pacific countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are published on our Shipping page and will be confirmed in your order email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is available on our Returns page. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on dinq.shop — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Alchemy Ventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DINQ's liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at dinq.shop/terms with the effective date shown above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
