Returns & Refunds

Pre-Order Campaign Guarantee

If our founding pre-order campaign does not reach its minimum target of 150 orders by the campaign deadline, every customer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

No action is required from you. We will process all refunds automatically within 5–10 business days of the campaign closing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damage or defect

Change of Mind Returns

Before your order ships: You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund to your original payment method. No conditions, no questions asked. Email us at hello@dinq.shop with your order number to request a cancellation.

After your order has been delivered: We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included and the grip seal intact. Return shipping is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Items that have been used, are missing original packaging, or show visible wear cannot be accepted as change-of-mind returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@dinq.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
